Secure environment but poor communication
The room offered a sense of security with robust locks on the door, which was reassuring. However, the check-in process was stressful due to the general manager's unclear communication and lack of patience. This could definitely use improvement to enhance the guest experience.

The two locks on the door offered an extra layer of security, which was reassuring. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay.
The check-in process felt a bit rushed.

Not worth the price
Rooms are in poor condition. We had a queen room with an air conditioner, microwave, and fridge. However, the furniture was broken, lamps didn’t work, and the bathroom had issues with the toilet handle. The overall vibe felt more like a low-end housing unit rather than a motel. Not worth over a $100 for one night.

During my recent weekend stay, I loved how close we were to Empire Mine State Park for beautiful nature walks and the Grass Valley Museum, where I discovered rich local history just a short stroll away.

Had an awesome stay with my friends! We enjoyed our time hanging out and catching up. The motel had cable programming for entertainment and great internet access so we could surf the web easily. The staff was friendly, and it was a fun spot for our group.
However, there was one issue with the general manager's attitude. She wasn't very helpful when we arrived. it felt like her communication was off which made the check-in a bit stressful.
